15.07.2007 -  Simdar Ltd. received a building license N PC-I 529/13.07.2007 from Stara Zagora Municipality for building of one-family houses Ariadna 2, Ariadna 3, Atina 2,Atina 3, Atina 4, Afrodita 2 and row house Mikonos 2 in Aturen residential district.
 
   
26.06.2007 -  Stara Zagora Municipality gave a building license number PC-I 483/25.06.2007 to Simdar Ltd. for construction of detailed streets and crossings transport communication plan (first stage) in Aturen.
 
   
22.06.2007 -  Municipality Stara Zagora gave a building licences N PC-I 459 18.06.2007 and PC-I 476 21.06.2007 to Simdar Ltd for building one family houses Raya, Kalina, Kalina II and row house Kristal in residential district Aturen.
 
   
22.05.2007 -  From 18 to 20 may Simdar Ltd. participated in the biggest international real estate exhibition BalPEx in Inter Expo Center of Sofia. The manager Ivan Ivanov presented “Aturen” project to the media and visitors. Deputy district governor Sergey Petrov and rap singer “Ustata” (“The Mouth”) were VIP guests of the event. Two girls from Professional architecture, building and geodesy secondary school did their first steps in practice as the assistants of our stand.

27.04.2007 -  Construction of one-family house “Afrodita” started according to the construction license of Stara Zagora Municipality number ׀ׁ-ָ 289 / 12.04.2007.

15.03.2007 -  SIMDAR Ltd. received a construction license from Stara Zagora Municipality, number PC-I 202 / 09.03.2007 on construction of cable pipe distribution system for power supply to houses and secondary branches for water supply and sewerage system.
 
   
10.03.2007 -   Stara Zagora Municipality issued a construction license number PC-I 182/ 01.03.2007 to SIMDAR Ltd. for construction of external power supply of ATUREN residential district.
 
   
10.03.2007 -  Construction of the first four houses in ATUREN residential district started (Ariadna, Atina, Mikonos and Azhur), according to the construction license of Stara Zagora Municipality number PC-I 183 / 01.03.2007.

23.02.2007 -  SIMDAR Ltd. opened an information centre of the ATUREN residential district on the ground floor of the Trade-Union House in Stara Zagora. The information centre is open every day from 9:30 to 18:30 (except Saturday and Sunday). There you can get information regarding the complete Project, the offered houses and get advertising materials. You are welcome!

19.02.2007 -  Principal external water-conduit f180 was constructed. Next stage will be construction of principal external sewerage f400, according to the construction license number PC-I 71/ 23.01.2007 issued by Stara Zagora Municipality.
